Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management lead for large-scale global transformations in the manufacturing sector. The role focuses on designing and executing OCM strategy, stakeholder management, and training plans to ensure adoption and business value realization.

Expect hands-on planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and development of dashboards to monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

12+ years of hands-on experience in OCM and large-scale transformations.
Experience with manufacturing sector and global programs (S/4 Hana/PLM/MES) preferred.
Ability to convene discussions with senior leaders and coach from an OCM perspective.
Proficient in MS Project for planning, tracking and control.
Strong communication and data visualization skills (PowerPoint, dashboards).

Responsibilities

Lead the OCM implementation for a TCS client across the project lifecycle.
Design and execute OCM strategy, stakeholder management and change readiness assessments.
Develop OCM plans integrated with the master project plan.
Coordinate training needs and delivery with business IT and vendors.
Create and maintain dashboards and track OCM KPIs.
Support lessons learned and training reinforcement activities.
Act as an OCM advisor to business teams and extend templates.
