Job summary

ZipStaff seeks an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead for an 18-month Kronos to UKG Pro Workforce Management upgrade project. You will develop and execute strategies, manage readiness activities, and design stakeholder engagement and training programs.

This remote role requires working West Coast hours. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of OCM leadership for large-scale tech implementations and hands-on Kronos-to-UKG upgrade experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading Organizational Change Management for large-scale technology implementations.
• Hands-on experience supporting Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Pro upgrades.
• Proven ability to build and execute OCM strategies, communication plans, and training curricula.

Responsibilities

• Apply a structured methodology (e.g., Prosci) to OCM and lead change management activities.
• Lead communication strategy, training, and transition readiness workstreams to align with project goals.
• Identify change impact and develop strategies to promote readiness and adoption.
• Assess readiness via roadshows, surveys, and meetings to identify risk and manage resistance.
• Engage project stakeholders and support their change management and training needs.
• Measure readiness and escalate risks to the ePMO and governance committees.
