Job summary

INFOTRON is seeking an experienced UKG Dimensions Functional Lead to drive design, configuration and testing in a large enterprise environment. The role blends hands-on UKG work with project leadership and stakeholder collaboration to deliver end-to-end solutions. Remote position with requirement for a few hours of overlap with U.S.

Eastern Time. You will guide requirements, design discussions, and testing across Timekeeping, Pay Rules, Work Rules, Scheduling and Payroll integrations with Oracle

Qualifications

• 5–7 years UKG/Kronos experience with UKG Dimensions/Pro WFM.
• Hands-on configuration and functional expertise in UKG Dimensions.
• Knowledge of Timekeeping, Pay Rules, Work Rules, Scheduling or Accruals.
• Experience leading UKG implementations, enhancements or major design changes.
• Ability to blend hands-on work with project management.
• Strong understanding of workforce management and payroll processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing and deployment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work several hours overlapping with U.S. Eastern Time.

• Lead UKG Dimensions enhancement and design-change initiatives from requirements through deployment.
• Work hands-on with UKG Dimensions / UKG Pro WFM configuration and solution design.
• Support areas such as Timekeeping, Time & Attendance, Pay Rules, Work Rules, Scheduling and Accruals.
• Lead requirements and design discussions with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, deliverables, dependencies, risks and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression and payroll testing.
• Troubleshoot functional/configuration issues and recommend solutions.
• Work with technical teams supporting integrations between UKG, Oracle HCM/Payroll and other enterprise systems.

UKG Dimensions Functional Lead

Experience: 5–7 Years

Location: Remote

Hours: Must have a few hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (ET)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced UKG Dimensions (UKG Pro Workforce Management) Consultant who combines strong hands-on application expertise with project management capabilities. This is not a pure Project Manager role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading projects and stakeholder discussions while remaining hands-on with UKG Dimensions configuration, solution design, enhancements and testing.

The role supports a large enterprise environment with Oracle HCM/Payroll and UKG integrations.

Preferred

• Oracle HCM and/or Oracle Payroll exposure.
• UKG integration experience.
• Experience in large global enterprise environments.
• Payroll testing/reconciliation experience.
