Job summary

Volto Consulting is seeking a UKG Kronos Techno-functional Consultant to lead hands-on design and configuration for Kronos/UKG implementations. The role emphasizes integrating Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Attestation with a strong focus on UKG Pro WFM and Dimensions, along with providing client-facing training and documentation.

The candidate should have 3–10 years of Kronos experience, robust communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-team efforts across onshore/offshore groups.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of hands-on Kronos consulting with focus on UKG Pro WFM (Kronos Dimensions).
• Configuring Kronos for Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Attestation.
• Setting up Kronos Clock Terminals and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client interactions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Kronos and integration issues.
• Maintain Business Structure setup and troubleshoot Intouch Devices.
• Proficient in Manager Access requests and employee group configurations.
• Knowledgeable in Labor Category Profiles, Labor Category Entry lists, and Organizational Sets.
• Knowledgeable in configuring new person records and Function Access Profiles.
• Monitor daily/weekly interface jobs for timely imports and data accuracy.
• Troubleshooting with hyper-find queries, genies, and reports; monitor Transaction Assistant.
• Provide training and end-user documentation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on technical design and prototyping for Kronos/UKG implementations.
• Ensure scalable solutions meet business requirements and document gaps.
• Conduct code reviews with Technical Leads to ensure code meets requirements.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams; manage tasks and deliverables.
• Track tasks, deliverables, risks, and issues; report to management.
• Monitor and drive issue resolution in a timely manner.
• Participate in validation, testing, and release activities.
• Document design and code; prepare demonstrations for clients and peers.
