Job summary

PrestigePEO is seeking a technically skilled, client-facing UKG Kronos Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of Kronos client accounts—from initial build and configuration through ongoing service, updates, and account maintenance.

You will act as a trusted partner to clients, leading implementation meetings and ensuring optimal platform performance. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design configurations, run virtual walkthroughs

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on UKG Kronos configuration and administration.
• Client-facing role with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of PTO accruals, overtime rules, pay calc logic, punches.
• Experience leading virtual client walkthroughs via Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and Kronos implementation meetings.
• Configure pay rules, accrual plans, schedules, timeclocks, integrations.
• Manage onboarding and ongoing account service for clients.
• Create and refine custom reports for clients’ operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and document interactions.
