Job summary

Kumar Consulting, LLC in the United States seeks a Kronos Senior Business Analyst Lead to support upgrading from Kronos WFC to UKG Pro WFM, consolidating five instances into one, and managing integrations with PeopleSoft HRMS and legacy systems.

Qualifications

• Proven BA Lead experience with Kronos or UKG Pro WFM
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience developing test scripts and leading testing
• Familiarity with integration tools and middleware, Kronos Boomi
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS integration with WFM systems

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Kronos analysts in testing and validating configurations and integrations
• Collaborate with business/IT stakeholders to gather requirements for UKG Pro WFM upgrade
• Design and develop test scripts to cover business scenarios
• Coordinate data migration and integrations with PeopleSoft HRMS and legacy systems
• Travel to customer locations as needed
