Job summary

Kforce is seeking an Organization Change Management Consultant in the San Francisco area to lead adoption for a PIM/MDM transformation. You will partner with product, operations, and SI teams to ensure smooth adoption across multiple brands, focusing on training, stakeholder engagement, and change readiness.

You will influence both strategic direction and hands-on execution, coordinating UAT and training programs while aligning with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Organizational Change Management experience with enterprise technology implementations.
• Experience supporting PIM, MDM, Product Data Management, ERP, or similar business transformation initiatives.
• Experience delivering training materials, user guides, communications, and adoption strategies.
• Experience supporting UAT activities and user readiness initiatives.
• Ability to work with Director-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable executing both strategy and hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Organizational Change Management strategy for the new PIM capability.
• Partner with Product Management, Operations, Business Teams, and System Integrators to drive user readiness and adoption.
• Organize, review, and enhance training materials, learning content, and documentation.
• Build and manage the training framework, curriculum, and rollout plans.
• Support UAT planning, execution, feedback collection, and issue tracking.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and identify change risks.
• Act as a hands-on change agent who can develop strategy and execute.
