Job summary

M-Files Advisory Services seeks an experienced OCM Consultant to drive multi-week change management programs for enterprise customers. You will guide adoption across departments from discovery to reinforcement, building governance cadences and stakeholder engagement plans.

This is a founding hire within a growing practice, shaping delivery and collateral from day one. As a senior contributor, you’ll mentor new associates, identify expansion opportunities, and work alongside account teams to

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience specifically in organizational change management.
• Formal change management certification required — Prosci, ACMP (CCMP), APMG International, Kotter, Lean Six Sigma, or a university certification or degree.
• M-Files or comparable enterprise document/content management platform experience — required.
• Strong business acumen with ability to identify and resolve business process and workflow impediments.
• Comfortable working across all levels of a client organization, from end users to C-suite executives.
• Skilled facilitator with experience designing and delivering change communication and coaching programs.
• Excellent written communication skills, with experience producing executive-ready plans and reports.
• Comfortable working within AI-assisted delivery workflows.
• Able to build delivery collateral — workbooks, templates, scoring tools, and project plans — from a blank page.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a structured, multi-phase change management program for customers implementing and/or expanding M-Files across departments.
• Establish and run a recurring governance cadence with the customer to track change readiness, adoption signals, resistance, and dependencies.
• Apply persona-based adoption frameworks to plan differentiated engagement for stakeholder populations.
• Conduct a training needs analysis to define role requirements for training delivered by the practice.
• Identify and enable a customer-side change network to sustain adoption after engagement ends.
• Coach the customer's executive sponsor and designees to reinforce change and address resistance.
• Establish an adoption baseline at the start and track progress through close-out.
• Read a room of mixed adoption-readiness levels and adjust facilitation accordingly.
• Partner with account teams to align engagement scope with the broader account plan.
• Identify expansion opportunities and elevate to management/sales during engagements.
• Build delivery workbooks, templates, and project plans for the practice; contribute to methodology and collateral.
