Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.
• Experience with PIM, MDM, ERP, or similar business transformations.
• Strong training, communications, and adoption strategy skills.
• Proven ability to work with director-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Organizational Change Management strategy for the PIM/MDM rollout.
• Partner with Product Management, Operations, and System Integrators to drive user readiness and adoption.
• Organize and enhance training materials, learning content, and documentation.
• Build and manage training framework, curriculum, and rollout plans.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and issue tracking.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and identify change risks.
