Job summary

Qualifications

• OCM/Training Lead experience on large-scale IT modernization projects within the last 10 years.
• Experience assessing stakeholder expectations and designing stakeholder communications.
• Experience training, developing training materials, and documenting for multi-stakeholder projects.
• Ability to provide client/user references and sign-off on reference forms on request.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues proactively with client consultants on adoption of the Solution and technologies.
• Create and deliver strategies, plans, and processes to maximize user adoption of the Solution.
• Provide documentation and training artifacts to prepare users to use and support the Solution.
• Perform end-user and technical staff training and train-the-trainer activities for client trainers.
• Assist with policies, standards, and guidelines supporting development, implementation, and use of the Solution.
• Oversee recording of key information in Deliverables and ensure accurate documentation.
• Develop online training materials and online documentation for the Solution.
• Plan, facilitate and administer the Solution training activities.
• Develop methods to evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback.
• Identify and propose issue-resolution options.
