Software Resources is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead for a long-term contract in Burbank, CA or Seattle, WA. This role requires driving user adoption and business readiness for a major enterprise tech transformation, with four onsite days and Fridays remote.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Organizational Change Management practitioner.
• Ability to independently lead change management efforts and "hit the ground running."
• Experience supporting and leading change initiatives for large-scale programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with technology-focused transformations and implementations.
