Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer (OCM Specialist) to lead change management for the Business and Technology Modernization program. You will develop change strategies to promote Agile adoption and coach leadership and teams through transitions.

Responsibilities include assessing readiness, engaging stakeholders, designing communications and trainings, and measuring adoption. This role requires strong change management credentials and agile transformation experience, onsite in

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of organizational change management experience.
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) strongly preferred.
• Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and cultural shifts for adoption.
• Experience conducting change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments.
• Ability to develop and execute change management plans including strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and resistance management.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across organizational levels.
• Government or highly regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategy including impact assessments, readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption roadmap aligned with Agile transformation milestones.
• Design and implement communication and training strategies to build awareness, understanding, and capability across executives, managers, teams, and support functions.
• Identify and manage resistance by addressing barriers and objections through targeted interventions and coaching.
• Measure and report on change effectiveness using adoption metrics and readiness scores.
• Partner with Agile Program Manager, Agile Coaches, and other change leaders to support culture transformation from traditional to Agile mindsets.
