Job summary

The Evolvers Group seeks an Organization Change Management Specialist to lead change management activities for the Business and Technology Modernization program in DC. You will develop and execute strategies to ensure adoption of Agile practices, mindsets, and behaviors across the organization.

Work closely with the Agile Program Manager, coaches, leadership, and impacted teams to assess readiness, engage stakeholders, and implement communications and training to drive sustainable change.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in organizational change management, preferably for technology or agile/digital transformations.
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) strongly preferred.
• Experience with change impact analyses, stakeholder readiness assessments, and communication planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence; government or regulated industry experience is a plus.

The Organization Change Management (OCM) Specialist is responsible for leading change management activities supporting the Business and Technology Modernization program. This role will develop and execute change strategies to ensure successful adoption of Agile practices, mindsets, and behaviors across the organization. The OCM Specialist shall work closely with the Agile Program Manager, Agile Coaches, leadership, and impacted teams to assess change readiness, identify resistance, engage stakeholders, and implement communication and training strategies that drive sustainable organizational change. The OCM Specialist brings proven OCM methodologies and has experience in technology or Agile transformations.

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of experience in organizational change management, preferably supporting technology transformations or Agile/digital transformations.
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci Change Management Practitioner, CCMP, or similar) strongly preferred.
• Understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and the cultural shifts required for successful adoption strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness assessments.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute change management plans including strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and resistance management.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with ability to craft compelling messages and materials for diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to build relationships and credibility at all organizational levels.
• Government or highly regulated industry experience
• Preferred.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Federal government experience is preferred.
