Qualifications

• Experience with Intapp Terms preferred.
• Active law license in good standing in state where practicing.
• Minimum two years in a law firm or in-house legal department; intake/contract attorney experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial review of OCGs and engagement terms, coordinating with OGC and New Business Intake attorneys.
• Identifies negotiable terms and proposes modifications.
• Gathers stakeholder feedback across Finance, IT, Data Privacy, HR, and other teams.
• Maintains OCG playbooks and tracking systems to drive timely resolutions.
• Serves as Intapp SME for accurate tagging of terms and ensures compliance with engagement letters.
