• Identifies terms requiring negotiation and proposes modifications.
• Coordinates with multiple internal teams to gather feedback and execute timely follow-ups on engagement terms.
• Maintains an OCG playbook and tracking systems to monitor progress and resolutions.
• Serves as an Intapp subject matter expert for accurate tagging of terms.
• Ensures compliance with engagement letter policy and supports disengagement efforts.
