Job summary

Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in/out, answer questions, and help with reservations. You will handle payments, assist guests with local recommendations, and coordinate with departments to ensure a seamless stay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests, answer questions in person and by phone, assist with reservations and guest requests.
• Verify guest information, activate keys, and provide room details discreetly.
• Post charges for room, food, and other services; manage payments and deposits per policy.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments and front desk staff; cross-sell hotel services.
• Represent the hotel and uphold policies; report for each shift in uniform.
• Greet guests warmly and provide an exceptional first impression.
