Qualifications

• Oversees check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest billing for accuracy.
• Trains, coaches, and supports front desk associates to meet brand and service standards.
• Serves as Manager on Duty, overseeing hotel operations during the assigned shift.
• Handles cash and credit transactions and maintains accurate shift banks.
• Ensures Hilton brand standards and Shamin Hotels service expectations are met.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Front Office Manager with reporting and daily operations.
