Hyatt Place Virginia Beach/Oceanfront is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to support the front desk operations, assist the Guest Service Manager, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out while delivering warm, professional service.

This role emphasizes teamwork, training of new hires, and maintaining high guest satisfaction through accurate communication, efficient handling of messages and packages, and attention to security.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years prior customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and audit procedures is helpful.
• Ability to lead, train, and support front desk staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guest Service Manager with front desk operations.
• Ensure logging and delivery of all messages, packages, and mail in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee check-in/check-out in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Assist in training and cross-training of new hires and current staff.
