HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Bar Back for Orion's Roof at the Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort on the Virginia Beach boardwalk. You will assist the bartender, stock supplies, and help maintain a clean, efficient bar area to ensure a positive guest experience.

Experience in hotel dining or bar service is preferred. The role requires good communication with guests, basic math for portioning, and the ability to handle glassware and beer kegs safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Must communicate well with guests.
• Basic mathematical skills for portions and payments.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to handle glassware, bottles, and taps.
