HEI Hotels & Resorts joins Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort to seek a Server Assistant for Orion's Roof. You will assist the Outlet Manager and servers, keep stations stocked and tidy, and support guests with timely beverage and dining service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, physical readiness for service, and reliability in a busy beachfront setting with growth opportunities within HEI's hospitality network.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Able to move/push up to 150 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication; adapt style as needed.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve beverages, bread and butter; replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
