Qualifications

• Hotel banquet serving experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist Banquet Manager in serving guests during banquet functions.
• Set up portable bar areas according to policies and procedures.
• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines and safety controls.
• Return equipment and supplies to proper place; clean and breakdown bar area.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
