Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Must communicate well with guests.
• Basic mathematical skills necessary to ensure proper delivery amounts and portion sizes.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to handle knives, glassware, and stock items.
• Ability to read and follow product labeling instructions.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 150 lbs. with/without accommodation.
• Ability to work in temperatures from normal to refrigerated.
• Effective verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves orders from storeroom and checks stock against requisition with storeroom personnel.
• Assist bartender in maintaining supplies and stocking bar items as needed.
• Keep bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration, and storage areas clean and compliant with health codes.
• Scoops ice, transports to service areas, and replenishes ice containers.
• Transports taps, replaces and maintains kegs as required.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
