Job summary

Expeditors Minneapolis seeks a Manager for Ocean Import & Supply Chain Services to lead the Ocean Import, Order Management, and Delivery Management operations in the Minneapolis/St. Paul district.

This full-time role combines leadership, customer engagement, financial management, and people development to deliver exceptional service across import transportation and delivery execution. You will recruit and coach teams, drive process improvements, partner with customers to improve visibility

Qualifications

• 5+ years of international logistics or supply chain experience.
• Leadership experience managing teams and developing employees.
• Strong understanding of ocean freight operations.
• Financial and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop people by recruiting, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
• Drive customer success with accurate SOPs and strong relationships; oversee service delivery.
• Lead ocean import, order management, and delivery management operations; ensure compliance and performance.
• Grow revenue by partnering with district sales and management; manage budgets and forecasting.
