Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the ocean import department.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
• Supervise a team of ocean import freight forwarders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Resolve issues related to customs, documentation, and shipment delays.
• Coordinate with ocean carriers, trucking companies, and other providers.
• Ensure accurate data entry into the TMS.
• Provide guidance and training on import regulations.
• Prepare reports and metrics related to import operations.
