Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the ocean import department
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies
• Supervise a team of ocean import coordinators
• Coordinate with ocean carriers, trucking companies, and other service providers
• Provide guidance and training on import regulations and procedures
• Prepare reports and metrics related to import operations
