Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years in ocean export operations, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of export regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the ocean export department.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
• Supervise a team of ocean export freight forwarders.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely shipments.
• Resolve customs, documentation, and delay issues.
• Prepare reports and metrics on export operations.
