LaSalle Network is seeking an Ocean Export Coordinator for an on-site role in Wood Dale, IL. The candidate will manage end-to-end ocean export operations, coordinating with clients, carriers, and internal teams.

Prior logistics experience is required, and the position is fully on-site. Responsibilities include booking cargo, preparing documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong client communication.

Formación

• 3+ years of logistics or freight forwarding experience required.
• Strong understanding of ocean export processes, documentation, and compliance.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients, carriers, and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage ocean export shipments from origin to destination, including booking cargo, preparing documentation, and arranging transportation.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare and review export documents such as bills of lading, certificates of origin, invoices, and packing lists.
• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely shipment delivery and resolve transit issues.
• Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to clients and internal teams while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
