Job summary

OnBoard Logistics is seeking an Ocean Export Coordinator in Miami to manage daily air export operations and coordinate shipments from initiation to final delivery. You will verify rates, schedule appointments, and ensure timely documentation.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues with customers, carriers, and overseas partners. Experience with CargoWise and Salesforce is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Maritime and Port Administration, International Business, or related field (preferred).
• Hazmat Certification, IATA CTP, and/or TDG Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Air Export operations.
• Verify freight rates against contracts or pricing; submit freight payment requests.
• Schedule cargo appointments with plants/customers and coordinate with warehouses/trucking.
• Address customer issues to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution.
• Handle Bills of Lading with carriers and distribute documents to customers.
