Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy to patients, helping them regain independence.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will collaborate with clinicians across disciplines and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered environment where growth and professional development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• NBCOT certification is required/obtained.
• Active license or eligibility for licensure in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Support patients and families with compassionate care.
