Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy while promoting independence and functional recovery.

You will train patients and caregivers, collaborate with the Director of Rehab, and participate in ongoing professional development within a patient-centered care model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Initial registration with NBCOT is required.
• Hold a valid occupational therapy license as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans for occupational therapy.
• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional skills.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.

Education
