Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to help patients get well. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapies.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you support a compassionate, patient‑centered approach and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team across in-facility settings. Powerback offers growth, mentorship for new grads, free CEUs, and comprehensive benefits for full‑ and part‑time teammates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Support a patient-centered approach and collaborate with the rehab team.

Education
