Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation (Powerback) is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility team. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments to help patients regain independence.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will work with a collaborative team in a patient-centered environment, with opportunities for mentorship, CEUs, and professional growth across our nationwide model.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement OTA programs and follow recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and support patient progress.
• Collaborate with peers and refer to ensure patient needs are met.
• Maintain compassionate, patient-centered care in all interactions.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program

Initial certification from NBCOT

Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in state of practice
