Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support in-facility care across its network of centers. You will implement occupational therapy programs, monitor progress, and help patients regain independence under the supervision of leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover by delivering occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to support patient independence and outcomes.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to each individual.

Education
