Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to work in-facility, reporting to the Director of Rehab. You will implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments to help patients regain independence.

This role supports a patient-centered care model with opportunities for mentorship, continuing education, and growth within a national team.

Qualifications

• OTA program graduate per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• NBCOT certification obtained.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to provide comprehensive patient care.
