Powerback Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You’ll implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy, helping patients regain independence in a compassionate setting.

You’ll work alongside dedicated clinicians, contributing to patient-centered care and ongoing professional growth through our mentorship and CEU initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities to help patients recover.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to restore independence and function.
