Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility care team. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments to help patients regain function and independence.

You will work closely with the Director of Rehab and other clinicians to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care across our nationwide facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities and follow developed recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments to patients as part of comprehensive care.
• Collaborate with rehab team and facilities to address patient goals and independence.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care focused on restoring function.
