Job summary

Powerback is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow established recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments to help patients regain independence.

You will collaborate with the Director of Rehab and other clinicians to tailor care, monitor progress, and support patient goals in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy treatments to help patients regain independence.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and coordinate care to support patient outcomes.
