Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility care team. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver targeted therapy to help patients restore function and independence.

As part of a patient-centered care model, you will collaborate with the rehab team, adapt plans to individual needs, and support a healing environment with compassionate, evidence-based practice. Reporting to the Director of Rehab.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program (AOTA/ACOTE).
• Initial certification obtained from NBCOT.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments to help patients regain function.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to support holistic patient care.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to restore independence.
