Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver targeted therapy across settings. You will implement established therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain independence while collaborating with a dedicated rehab team.

Qualified candidates are graduates of ACOTE-approved OTA programs, hold NBCOT certification, and are licensed or eligible for licensure in the practicing state.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program in line with AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state where you practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow established recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to promote patient independence and functional outcomes.
• Ensure compassionate, patient-centered care and adapt to each patient’s needs.

Education
