Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to help patients regain independence by implementing OT programs and activities per individualized recovery plans in an in-facility setting. Qualified candidates have an accredited OTA program and NBOT certification, licensure or eligibility, and a compassionate team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments to help patients regain independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team to coordinate care.
• Support patients and families with compassionate care.
