Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients in restoring function across in-facility settings. You will implement established OT programs, follow prescribed recovery plans, and deliver targeted therapies to help patients regain independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments to help patients regain independence.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and refer to others to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism.
