Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to help patients regain independence in in-facility settings. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments under the Director of Rehab.

You will collaborate with a care team, address whole-person needs, and support families with high quality, compassionate service. The role offers growth, mentorship for new grads, and opportunities to work across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an ACOTE-accredited OTA program.
• Initial certification by NBCOT.
• License or eligibility for licensure in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in implementing occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Contribute to restoring and enhancing patients' independence and physical abilities.
• Collaborate with a care team to support patient and family needs.
