Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility care team. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, deliver treatments, and help patients regain independence with compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will work under the Director of Rehab with opportunities for mentorship, continued education, and career growth within a national rehabilitation network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from NBCOT.
• Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities and follow recovery plans.
• Deliver OT treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with rehab team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Support patients’ independence and mobility throughout therapy.

Education
