Powerback Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver in-facility therapy, implementing established programs and recovery plans to help patients regain function. You will work under the Director of Rehab, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address the whole patient with compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification from NBCOT.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with rehab team to restore independence.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
