Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant in a facility setting. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments, reporting to the Director of Rehab. You’ll help patients regain independence and participate in a collaborative care environment.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, adaptability to various settings, and teamwork with peers to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program (AOTA/ACOTE standards).
• Initial certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities as prescribed.
• Deliver therapy treatments and follow recovery plans.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to support patient goals.
