Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments under the direction of the Director of Rehab, helping patients regain independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and help patients restore independence.
• Collaborate with team and refer to others to ensure patient care.
• Provide patient-centered, compassionate care.
