Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility team. You will implement occupational therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments to help patients regain independence and function.

You’ll work under the Director of Rehab, collaborating with therapists and care staff to provide patient-centered care in a supportive environment. We value growth, mentorship, and a commitment to quality service across the nation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• NBCOT certification obtained.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities for patients.
• Follow developed recovery plans to support progress.
• Deliver therapy treatments with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Collaborate with therapists and care staff to optimize outcomes.
