Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients in a facility setting. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapies designed to restore function and independence.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, focusing on compassionate, patient-centered care and holistic goals. This role includes opportunities for mentorship, continued education, and industry-leading support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to support patient goals.
• Address whole-patient needs and promote independence.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a facility setting.
