Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in the United States is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy sessions to help patients regain independence and quality of life.

As part of a supportive, patient-centered group, you’ll collaborate with therapists and care teams, contribute to a positive workplace culture, and grow through mentorship and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial NBCOT certification.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with therapists and care teams to support patient goals.
• Help restore independence and improve functional abilities.
• Communicate progress to patients and families with compassion.
