Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility care team. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments to help patients regain independence.

You will work closely with the Director of Rehab and a supportive team, providing compassionate, patient-centered care across our varied facilities. This role emphasizes growth, mentorship, and ongoing professional development within a nationwide rehabilitation network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients get well by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' abilities and independence.
• Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach in all interactions.
